Jelena’s approach to therapy is based on the fact that the clients always know when, what and how they want to change their life. Jelena acts just as a guide and facilitator, but the client is the one who is driving the process. The method is gentle but direct, analytical but creative, digging deep but staying in presence. It is founded on the belief that wisdom can not be achieved without the experience so the sessions contain a lot of experiential and creative work. And it is a whole therapy connecting body, mind and spirit. The body contains all the memories of the past and by accessing different parts of our bodies we can get the awareness and memories back. By going deeper into our spiritual beliefs we can learn our life lessons.

Since every person is unique, finding the modality and approach that works is key in the therapy. The premise is that every person contains boundless creative potential and it is only a matter of will and choice if we will find it and use it. Also, every person has a set of beliefs and past programming from which we act and live. By changing the thoughts, beliefs and words we speak, we can change our behavior and external outcomes.

Exploring the subconscious, acquiring awareness and understanding, and living fully in the present is the path of the therapy. It is not dwelling on the past – it is understanding the past, so that we can joyfully and happily live in the present. It is releasing the deep emotional baggage that we have carried for so long. It is releasing the habits that don’t support us anymore and acquiring new, healthier ones.

This form of therapy can be appropriate for many problems and issues like addictions, sexual, physical, emotional abuse, relationships, self esteem, grief and loss, behavior change, depression, emotional blocks and many more…The more we create tolerance, love and permission for ourselves the more we will have it for others.
