How to find a good therapist?
- Ask for a recommendation from your family and friends or search in the qualified associations or healing art centers that you usually go (like Yoga studios, Tai Chi centers, etc.).
- Even if the reference is great have an initial session and see if the therapist is the right match for you
- In the initial session, present the problem you want to work on and see if you feel comfortable with the therapist's approach. Also, see if you can trust the therapist.
